Join our amazing AAA staff for fall Speed & Fitness! Training will involve teaching athletes proper running mechanics, competitive reaction and sprinting drills, mobility, change of direction and first step speed to help kids move faster and more efficiently. Both GIRLS & BOYS are welcome. This program is for everybody and every BODY. 1 hour sessions. Must B.Y.O. water, sneakers or cleats. All sessions will be at Milton Academy's Faulkner Field.
